Music Together^® at Li’l Bitty Ditties

Terms and Conditions

Tuition pays for your child’s space in the class - regardless of attendance. We do not offer full refunds after the first day of class, or for classes missed by enrollees, including no-shows. If you need to un-enroll from class, please do so before the first week of classes, so we can accommodate you. If we are unable to offer make-up classes within the session, no more than two classes will be credited to you (at the drop-in rate) for the following session at your request. This is a courtesy as our program fees are structured for a session not per class. 

Additionally, no credits or refunds will be given for classes canceled due to natural disasters such as fires, earthquakes, storms etc. Also, no credits or refunds will be given for classes not attended by the enrollee or canceled by Music Together at Li’l Bitty Ditties due to concerns of virus contamination or other health-related issues, however, we will make every attempt to reschedule class and will always offer an online class in the event that we become unable to meet in person if. Makeups only within the current semester will be offered. Again, no refunds will be issued if classes are rescheduled, moved online in the event of mandated closure, illness of a participant or family member, or any of the above-listed reasons.

Attendees are responsible for refraining from attendance when either parent or child is unwell and/or symptomatic, including fever, cough, sneezing, vomiting/diarrhea, and other communicable diseases. If you or your child is unwell, please do not come to class, but schedule a makeup for later in the semester. 

Attendees agree to attend class using their own risk assessment and will not hold Music Together at Li’l Bitty Ditties responsible for any illness or injury any individual may contract. 

Make-up Classes: Make-up classes are offered as a courtesy and on a space-available basis during your current enrollment only. Make-up spots are only available when your child is currently enrolled in a class with Music Together at Li’l Bitty Ditties and will not extend later. 

E-mail: We ask that you do not unsubscribe from our e-mails while you're enrolled in class. We periodically send important messages about class cancellations, security updates, and other scheduling matters during the session. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR CLASSES MISSED DUE TO E-MAIL MANAGEMENT. Adding us to your "known sender" list or to your primary email folder may ensure that you receive our emails. 

Photo Release:

Occasionally your teacher, company director, or another parent/guardian may take photographs or videos during class. Parent/guardian understands that such photographic images, video, or audio recording of them and /or their child may be used for commercial and/or promotional purposes to advance the legitimate business interests of Music Together at Li’l Bitty Ditties

Parent/guardian agrees to notify Music Together at Li’l Bitty Ditties in writing if they do not wish for their child’s image to be used in this way.
